Candle Care Essentials
On first use, burn candle until wax is melted completely across the surface of the candle. (This will prevent sink holes & help your candle to melt evenly).
Burn candle for no longer than 4 hours maximum at any time.
Ensure candle is placed on a stable heat resistant surface. Ideally, extinguish the flame with a candle snuffer.
Trim candle wick to 5mm before each use. Remove excess ash from the wick with a tissue or wick trimmer. (This will prevent candle wick from mushrooming & keep your wax clean). Wipe away any black from the glass rim with a tissue or clean cloth.
Keep candle wick centred & upright (assists your wax to melt evenly). Straighten wick if pointing downwards or towards the glass. Your wick dipper tool is perfect for straightening & repositioning wicks.
Keep out reach from children & pets.
Reed Diffuser Care & Tips
On first use, soak reed in the fragrance oil for 2 hours, then flick the reeds over to ensure both ends are saturated.
Replenish scent by flipping the reeds regularly. Fragrance scent will grow stronger over a few days.
Take care not to spill diffuser oil as it may damage surfaces.
Place on a stable surface & keep out reach from children & pets.
Room Fragrance Care & Tips
Shake well before each use being careful not to spray directly onto surfaces or fabrics affected by moisture. Do not spray onto skin or body.
Keep out of reach of children and pets and away from flammable objects. Store in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
Please note that the fragrance spread of all our products can be impacted by a number of factors including not following the care instructions/tips, room temperature, room size, placement i.e. near fans in a room, breeze from a doorway/window (never place lit candles in any area with a breeze/near window & or near curtains or flammable objects).
