Australia Post will be shipping & delivering your purchase. Your package will be packed & dispatched from House of Buderim within 24 hours of receiving your order (Monday to Friday).
Once your parcel is dispatched from House of Buderim, please allow 3 to 5 days for Australia Post to deliver your package. Delivery times will depend on Australia Posts own delivery times from Buderim QLD, to your delivery address/location. Express Post is also available at checkout.
Recipient’s address - Please ensure all details are correct including recipients first & last name, street name & number, post code. Hampers/parcels can also be posted directly to the purchaser.
House of Buderim will not be liable for any redirection costs. If parcel is returned to House of Buderim due to incorrect address details, redirection delivery costs will be incurred by the purchaser.
Local delivery
Local delivery is available to addresses in post codes 4556, 4557, 4558, 4572 & 4575. Local delivery charge applies (from $7.95) and minimum purchase amount of $30.
Local Delivery is available between the hours of 11am to 5pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) & subject to availability. House of Buderim will advise purchaser if local delivery is not available due to no availability, holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
If you would like a particular day/date/time for local delivery, please provide details in specialinstructions at checkout, please also include your mobile number. If same same delivery is required, please contact us direct at info@houseofbuderim.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
If delivery is to a local Business, please ensure you provide the recipients name, business name & business address.
Ideally, for local delivery, arrange a delivery time & day when the recipient can personally receive the parcel. If recipient isn’t home, the parcel/Gift Hamper will be left at the recipients front door. House of Buderim will not be held liable for any parcel/Gift Hampers stolen or perished items (including items that may melt i.e. chocolate, nougat, soy candles) when package is left at the recipients front door.
